Just a short drive from Pukekohe township, 36 Holland Street is home to a fantastic 1390 m2 section bordering McShane Street reserve.

Work is currently underway to subdivide this section into two lots. On lot 1 will be the house in the picture shown along with a consent to build/place an additional minor dwelling on the rear of the site.
